Our services include IT support and help desk, computer troubleshooting, network and Wi-Fi setup, security camera and video doorbell installation, network cabling and rack installation, printer and device setup, data backup and migration, and managed IT services. We provide support remotely and on site.

Quotes and Pricing

The prices on our website are honest ranges based on typical jobs. They are there to help you plan, not to lock either of us in. The final cost depends on the details of your situation, such as the equipment involved, the time required, and the location.

Your final quote is always confirmed before any work begins. We do not start a job, add a service, or change the price without talking to you first. Quotes are free, and there is no obligation to book after receiving one.

Scheduling and Cancellations

When you book an appointment, we will confirm the date, time, and likely service with you in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as you can, and we will do the same if anything changes on our end. Life happens, and we would rather work with you than charge you for it.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed, unless we agree on something different in advance. For larger projects, such as network installations or camera systems, we may ask for a deposit or agree on payment stages before the work starts. Any equipment we purchase on your behalf is billed at the price we discussed in your quote.

Our Workmanship Promise

We stand behind our installations. If something we installed stops working properly within 30 days because of our workmanship, we will come back and fix it at no extra charge. Just call us and describe what happened.

This promise covers our work. It does not cover new or unrelated problems, damage caused by someone else, misuse, power surges, weather, or faults in the equipment itself. Hardware such as cameras, routers, and recorders is covered by the manufacturer warranty that comes with it, and we are happy to help you use that warranty if a device fails.

What We Need From You

To do our job well, we need a little help from you:

• Give us safe access to the areas, devices, and accounts involved in the work.
• Make sure you own the property or have permission for installations such as cameras, cabling, or wall mounting.
• Back up any important files before we work on a device. We handle every machine with care, and we offer data backup as a service, but we cannot guarantee against data loss during repairs.
• Tell us about anything unusual we should know, such as fragile equipment, pets, or access restrictions.

Limits of Our Responsibility

We do careful, professional work, and we fix our mistakes. At the same time, technology has limits, and so does any service business. Our responsibility for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost business, lost data, or lost time, except where the law says otherwise.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights that Washington State law gives you as a consumer.
